Goodwins hosted the 2018 First Law International Annual Conference at the Abu Dhabi Global Market. The Conference, held from April 3 to April 5, 2018 was a grand success.

In addition to delegates from 65 countries, the conference was attended by the who’s who of the business community in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan was the Chief Guest. He opened his address by exclaiming that, “Never have I seen so many lawyers assembled in one room in our country. As a nation fully committed to the rule of law, we are delighted that you are here. You are an indispensable element of a peaceful global society, and of a prosperous business community.”

Not only did the conference have engaging sessions on various aspects of the law, it also saw His Holiness Brahmavihari Das Swamiji holding the audience in rapt attention with a detailed discourse on Peace and Harmony in ones life, on the second day.

The conference culminated in a grand Gala dinner on April 4, with over 350 guests attending the event.
