Sreekumar is a seasoned lawyer with more than 32 years of experience in the legal profession, of which 18 years were spent in the UAE. As Senior Legal Consultant, Sreekumar, with his team of able legal consultants, ensures proper and timely execution of the Firm’s services. He advises his clients on various aspects of laws of United Arab Emirates and India with focus on Agency, Aviation, Banking, Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Insurance, IPR, Shipping, Real Estate and Taxation laws.

Sreekumar has solid experience in the legal field, having worked with a reputed legal firm in the UAE for 17 years, where he handled matters arising under various areas of UAE Law including Banking Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Labor/Employment Law, Insurance Law, Maritime Law and Arbitration. He has conducted several arbitrations in Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC) related to claims pertaining to real estate matters.

Prior to moving over to UAE in the year 1997, Sreekumar practiced as lawyer in the High Court of the State of Kerala and has also represented clients before the Supreme Court of India. He was Counsel for the Government of India in the High Court of Kerala and the Central Administrative Tribunal in Kerala, and had functioned as Law Officer of the Government of India Undertaking, FACT Ltd., Cochin. Mr. Radhakrishnan had also been a Visiting Lecturer taking classes in Contract Law in the Law Department of the Cochin University of Science & Technology.

Sreekumar graduated in Economics in 1979 from the prestigious National Defence Academy in Pune, affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He holds a Bachelors’ degree with specialization in Tax laws from the University of Kerala, and a Masters degree in Mercantile Law from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India.

Sreekumar is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
