As the general commercial litigator at Bestwins, Khaled advises his clients on a variety of matters including real-estate, civil, tenancy, commercial, company, insurance, arbitration, labor as well as criminal matters. He has extensive experience in resolving all types of commercial and contractual disputes.

Khaled is a highly motivated, self-driven lawyer, and assists his clients in the entire legal process from end to end – from preparing and and signing the LOE and receiving the documents from the client, to having them translated, engaging local lawyers if needed, negotiating their fees, liaising with the Bestwins team to ensure that the client gets the best-in-class legal solution, to finally delivering the solution.

Khaled has thirteen years of post-qualification experience, almost nine of which have been in the UAE. He has a thorough knowledge of Labor, Commercial, Civil, Criminal, Immigration and Industrial Laws in UAE, and is well-versed in Islamic Shariah from the Authentic Sources – Qur’an & Hadith.

Khaled holds Bachelor of Law from Alexandria University in Egypt.
