Arshadh advices on general corporate matters at Bestwins with a focus on Corporate Restructuring & Commercial Companies Law. Arshadh’s expertise lies in planning asset and company restructuring, drafting agreements & other documents to that effect. He is an avid researcher in Intellectual Property Law, Banking Laws and Taxation Laws.

Arshadh graduated in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, India which is affiliated to the University of Madras and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Al-Ameen College of Law, Bangalore, India which is affiliated to the Karnataka State Law University. He holds membership as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Prior to Bestwins , Arshadh had interned with Hon’ble Mr. Justice John Michael D’Cunha of High court of Karnataka.

Besides his professional achievements, Arshadh has also been the President of Citizen Consumer Club, Government of Tamil Nadu for the year 2014-15. He is also an accomplished Mime and Theatre Artist winning several accolades for his performance at various state & national events.

He is fluent in English and Tamil.
