Fashiya works as a legal consultant in Bestwins’ Corporate Commercial and Litigation Management team. Fashiya has been with Bestwins Abu Dhabi since its inception in 2011. Prior to that, Fashiya worked at a reputed firm in the region that specialized in Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights.

Fashiya completed her LL.M in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Durham in 2010, before interning at the corporate commercial team of a reputed firm in the UAE.

At Bestwins, Fashiya advises her clients on a range of UAE commercial and corporate matters including company formation, registration of branches of foreign companies, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships, due diligence, employment and trade-agency laws and many others. She has experience in incorporating Limited Liability Companies in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, incorporating branch offices and closure of branch offices, creating joint ventures and partnerships, handling sale and purchase of medium sized commercial agencies and termination of commercial agencies.

Fashiya is fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
