Mostafa has three years of legal experience. He is a member of the Litigation team and is well-versed in Islamic Shariah from the Authentic Sources – Qur’an & Hadith. He also has knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate matters, including the procedure before the courts, tribunals, and other judicial, as well as government/local authorities, as well as civil law, criminal law, labor law, personal status law, corporate and commercial laws, international law, immigration and industrial laws, corporate restructuring, company formation.

Mostafa has knowledge in registering foreign companies, shareholder agreements, due diligence, employment and trade agency laws, among many other things. He also has experience in handling various commercial, rental and contractual disputes.
