Compliance with Laws

Resellers are required to comply with all UAE, USA, and EU export laws and regulations applicable to Lamatel products and must obtain any necessary licenses for export. Lamatel prohibits the export and re-export of hardware, software, services, and technology to destinations, companies, or individuals subject to U.S. embargoes or trade sanctions.

Embargoed Countries Information

According to United States export control regulations, the following countries are currently embargoed: Cuba, Iran, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), Sudan, and Syria. This list is subject to change; for the most current information on U.S. embargoed and sanctioned countries, please refer to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and U.S. Treasury Department sanction information.

Products of United States (USA) Technology

Resellers may sell Lamatel products only to end-users within the designated territory and shall not export any Lamatel products, including programs or any direct products thereof, without Lamatel’s prior written approval and, if required, UAE government permission. This requirement shall survive the termination or expiration of any agreement.
