Shipping Process

Once a customer places an order, our team will go ahead and process the order. Once the order has been processed, inspected for quality, packaged and is ready to be shipped, the courier will collect the shipment and deliver it to the customer. Usually, this process takes between 1-5 working days.

UAE Delivery Times and Costs

For orders above AED 150 the shipping will be free of charge all across the UAE. A Delivery charge of AED 20 is applied on orders below AED 150.

Orders in the UAE are shipped within 1-5 working days depending on the workload and delivery schedule.

All UAE shipments are handled by our partners companies UPS and J&T Express.

GCC Countries Delivery Times and Costs

For any order outside the UAE, a shipping charge of AED 75 will be applied to all orders bellow AED 500 or equivalent in other currencies.

Any order that is more than AED 500 in value or equivalent in other currencies will be shipped free of charge.

The shipping fees are the same for all GCC countries.

Please note that the shipping charges exclude import duties and taxes and any extra custom fees. Orders outside the UAE are shipped within 3-10 working days. Orders to GCC countries are delivered by UPS.

Import Duties and Taxes

Depending on your country, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. In some cases, you may need to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your shipment.

The customer will be responsible of these additional fees as the price you pay to Peyora excludes all relevant import duties and taxes. When the customer receives the order, they must pay the duties and taxes directly to the courier to release your order from customs.

We try to notify our customers during the checkout process if additional fees will be charged upon delivery of the products. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information on custom policies as the policies vary widely from country to country.

Estimated Delivery time for Foreign Shipments

The delivery time depends on the destination country. Once the payment of your order is confirmed, we do our best to make sure that your order is shipped as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that the delivery time should be used as a guide only and that it is counted from the moment your shipment has been dispatched.

Peyora cannot take responsibility of delays caused by custom clearance, lack of documentation, issues that are independent of us. Some countries have tightened customs restrictions on import shipments which may lead to delays in delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Payment Confirmation

Customers will receive payment confirmation by email automatically as soon as the payment has been made.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
