How can I keep my flowers fresh?

Flowers remain fresh for a longer period in cooler places. So, make sure about the room temperature, and do not expose your flowers to direct sunlight.

How long would the fresh flowers last?

Most cut flowers can last anywhere from 5-6 days if properly cared for.

How often should Flowers be watered?

Fresh flowers need to be watered Early in the Morning, once a day in small portions only; if Flowers are in a vase, you should change the water in the vase three days a week.

What sizes of boxes do you provide?

We provide different sizes that can meet our customers request:

a. Small : 14x13 cm

b. Medium: 19x15 cm

c. Large : 24x19 cm

d. X-Large : 31x23 cm

How can I pay?

We seek to provide our customers with the fastest and easiest orders; so, at the moment you can choose between two payment methods: online payment and cash on delivery.

How can I pay if I am outside the UAE and my credit card does not respond properly?

Do I need to put the sender’s details if I don’t have the location?

We will require the basic details of the receiver, including (Name and Number); we will contact the receiver to confirm the location also. If you wish the sender to be anonymous, you can mark your request in the comments.

Where can I send the flowers in UAE?

We Have Free delivery to all UAE Emirates, being 100% hassle-free. In case your address is in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, we send it through Express delivery in less than 2 hours.

What if the Flowers I received were damaged?

All flower orders at GRACE Flowers are prepared with care. Our delivery service is always cautious, but if you receive an order that is not up to your satisfaction, please contact our customer service team immediately.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the product that was received?

Such a case rarely does happen, since our major concern is to make our customers happy. But in that case, you can give us a call or inform us through a feedback email.

How can I make sure that my order has been delivered?

Check your email box, since a delivery confirmation email is usually sent if the delivery is made. You can also contact us via our support channels. And most probably, you are about to receive a ‘thank you’ message from the delighted recipient.

Can I send an order anonymously?

The answer to this question is a definite yes. Just as you are filling out the order form, make sure to notify us in the comment section.

Would I be charged an extra amount if the address does change?

No, you would not. We do our best to provide budget-friendly services, so extra charge for a simple change of address is not an option for us.
